Test for I-deas - Version 9 downloads

Update for Reporter version 9 to provide support for M&P VCP version 2.5. 

To install, just download this .dll and place in the folder: ...\Program Files\Common Files\MTS Systems\Reporter.

VXI 1432 frequency shift problem on Windows can occur when trying to use a 1434 source as a 1432 source. This .dll should be placed in $SDRC_INSTL\tda\hpvxi_1432, which overwrites the current file.
