Qué es Mi Brüel & Kjaer?
My Brüel & Kjær is your one-stop entry point to our online services. There is already a number of valuable features available to you, but this is only the beginning, as we see the online services as an important way to help both you – and ourselves.
What is it?
This is a one-stop way to keep your online profile up to date. No matter what service you access from the website you will only have to enter your personal data once. After that you can download from our archives or register for courses without having to re-enter your personal data. You simply log on with your email address and password (we prefer email addresses as logon name, because this has proven to be the best way to keep in contact, and the easiest to remember). We keep your information with us, but we keep it safe, and we do not give it away to others. See the Privacy Policy.
Why you should join
Once registered you don’t have to reenter personal information, just log in, and get access to the following range of services:
Free web seminars: The range of web seminars is continuously expanding, both from headquarters (have you tried our popular Basic Sound and Vibration course?), and regional seminars in your local language. See web seminar overview. At a later stage we will also store the presentations for you online in your profile, so you always can get back to them again.
Calibration and Repairs form: You should use the online Calibration and Repairs form when you send us instruments for calibration and repairs. This form ensures that we get all the information required to process the order, and makes sure we can process your order as fast as possible.
Technical documentation: Through the years Brüel & Kjær has produced an almost overwhelming range of technical documentation, for instance our Technical Reviews, which we have now posted online starting with the very first issue. You will also get access to a selection of the Conference papers we give at conferences around the world (subject to the publication rules of each individual conference).
Training courses: Using the online account you can also register for our comprehensive range of regular training courses. See training courses overview.
Newsletters: We currently run a number of industry-specific newsletters, and you can use the My Brüel & Kjær account to subscribe and unsubscribe to those. Also expect this list to grow, and to include more local newsletters too.
Used Equipment Clearance Stock: A number of our products are used for customer presentations, and with regular intervals, these are sold online at reduced prices. The products are used, but are as good as new, as they are sent back to the factory first, and are run through the exact same product testing procedures as an entirely new product.
